Air Source Heat Pump Servicing in Wigston

What we watch on a Wigston system

Local conditions: Sheltered Soar valley suburb with no particular exposure issues, which keeps the design margins comfortable.
The housing here: Wigston has framework-knitting era cottages at its historic centre and a large stock of interwar and postwar semis spreading out from it.
On the day: A booked time slot rather than a morning or afternoon window, a full performance check against the commissioning figures, and a written report you keep for the warranty.

Servicing a Wigston system

How often: Once a year. Most manufacturers make a documented annual service a condition of the warranty, so a missed year can leave the expensive parts of the system uncovered.
What we measure: Airflow, refrigerant, system pressure, delta T and flow rates, checked against the figures the system was commissioned at rather than against a general expectation.
The property side: The interwar and postwar semis are predictable and take to a low flow temperature readily once the radiators have been checked; the older cottages at the centre need more care.
What you get: A written report each visit, kept on file, plus care plan options that include cover for call-outs.
