Servicing a Market Harborough system

How often: Once a year. Most manufacturers make a documented annual service a condition of the warranty, so a missed year can leave the expensive parts of the system uncovered.
What we measure: Airflow, refrigerant, system pressure, delta T and flow rates, checked against the figures the system was commissioned at rather than against a general expectation.
The property side: Ironstone and solid brick village property is the main design challenge - substantial walls, older windows and rooms that need their radiators looked at before a low flow temperature is realistic.
What you get: A written report each visit, kept on file, plus care plan options that include cover for call-outs.
