What this page covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of an installation contract — that comes separately, in writing, with your quotation, and it is that document which governs the work itself.

Prices, grants and estimates

• Figures on this site are indicative and can change without notice.
• Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants of £7,500 (mains gas) or £9,000 (oil, LPG and electric) are subject to eligibility and to the scheme continuing to run. We apply on your behalf and deduct the grant from your quoted price, but we cannot guarantee an award.
• 0% VAT applies to qualifying heat pump installations under current rules. Where the work does not qualify, standard-rate VAT applies.
• Running cost and efficiency figures depend on the property, the system design, the tariff and how you use it. They are modelled, not promised.
• Finance is provided by a third party, subject to status, and is not offered by us.

Accreditations

The MCS, Gas Safe, NAPIT, F-Gas, RECC, TrustMark, Constructionline and SafeContractor accreditations shown on this site are held by Qualis Energy Limited, not by AuraNord as a separate entity. If you check us on a public register, search for Qualis Energy Limited.

Using this site

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
