Air Source Heat Pump Servicing in Nottinghamshire

Servicing heat pumps in Nottinghamshire

What the local housing and weather do to a heat pump between services.

Nottinghamshire runs from the city's Victorian terraces through the coalfield towns to the Sherwood and Trent-side villages, with Georgian market towns at Newark, Southwell and Retford.

Mild by comparison with the Pennine and Peak areas to the west - the Trent valley is one of the more forgiving design climates in the region.

How a service visit in Nottinghamshire runs

A booked time slot, not a morning or afternoon window.

We arrive at the time booked. One engineer, one visit, and the system history to hand if we installed it.
Measured checks. Airflow, refrigerant, pressure, delta T and flow rates taken and compared against the commissioning figures rather than eyeballed.
Clean and correct. Filters, magnetic filter and coils cleaned, glycol checked, controls and settings put back where the design intended.
The property side. It is our home county and the stock is familiar: solid-brick terraces in the towns, cavity semis on the estates, and older, larger, often off-grid property in the villages.
Written report. You keep the record, which is what the manufacturer will ask for if a warranty claim ever comes up.
