Air source heat pumps designed and installed for Nottinghamshire homes — surveyed properly, priced before we start, commissioned on record.
The housing here has its own character, and that character decides the design.
Nottinghamshire runs from the city's Victorian terraces through the coalfield towns to the Sherwood and Trent-side villages, with Georgian market towns at Newark, Southwell and Retford.
It is our home county and the stock is familiar: solid-brick terraces in the towns, cavity semis on the estates, and older, larger, often off-grid property in the villages.

Designed, installed and commissioned in-house, backed by warranty and aftercare.
Rural Nottinghamshire has a meaningful number of homes on oil and LPG, particularly towards the Dukeries and the Trent-side villages, and those qualify for £9,000 rather than £7,500.
Mild by comparison with the Pennine and Peak areas to the west - the Trent valley is one of the more forgiving design climates in the region.
We are MCS certified, which is the condition of the grant, and we apply for it on your behalf and deduct it from the price you were quoted.
Yes. AuraNord designs and installs air source heat pumps for homes throughout Nottinghamshire and the wider Nottinghamshire area. Every installation is carried out by our own MCS-certified engineers and starts with a free home survey and a fixed written quote.
It depends on your property and the system required, but most homeowners pay a net price after the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant — £7,500 for homes on mains gas or £9,000 for homes on oil or LPG — which we apply for on your behalf. There is also 0% VAT on qualifying installations. Request an estimate online or call 0333 090 7546 for a free survey.
Yes. As an MCS-certified installer we apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf and deduct it from your quoted price — £7,500 for mains-gas homes or £9,000 for homes replacing oil or LPG heating.
Often, yes — but not always, and that is what the survey settles. A heat pump runs at a lower flow temperature than a boiler, so some rooms need a larger emitter to give the same heat. Any changes the design calls for are in the fixed quote, not added afterwards.
Most domestic installations take two to four days on site, depending on how much radiator and cylinder work the design calls for. You will know which before you commit, because the survey and the fixed quote come first, and the dates are agreed with you rather than assigned.
