Air Source Heat Pump Servicing in Retford

What we watch on a Retford system

Local conditions: Open north Nottinghamshire country - drier than the west of the region, with cold air settling on clear nights.
The housing here: Retford is a Georgian market town with a conservation area around the market square, Victorian terraces beyond it, and a wide ring of north Nottinghamshire villages.
On the day: A booked time slot rather than a morning or afternoon window, a full performance check against the commissioning figures, and a written report you keep for the warranty.

How a service visit in Retford runs

A booked time slot, not a morning or afternoon window.

We arrive at the time booked. One engineer, one visit, and the system history to hand if we installed it.
Measured checks. Airflow, refrigerant, pressure, delta T and flow rates taken and compared against the commissioning figures rather than eyeballed.
Clean and correct. Filters, magnetic filter and coils cleaned, glycol checked, controls and settings put back where the design intended.
The property side. Town-centre property is older and solid-walled; the village stock is larger and frequently off-grid, which changes both the design and the grant.
Written report. You keep the record, which is what the manufacturer will ask for if a warranty claim ever comes up.
